Our policies: (Check for Availability)
- Check in time is after 4:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
- No smoking or pets allowed in the unit.
- Please fill and run the dishwasher prior to leaving the unit even if it is not full.
- You must be over 25 to rent our condo condo.
- Please wash and if time dry a load of towels before leaving the unit. The cleaners do the laundry while cleaning the condo and may not have enough time to wash all bedding and towels. Your help is appreciated.
- Please tidy up any bottles and garbage before leaving.

Booking Policy
- 3 night minimum stay required based on availability.
- 7 night minimum stay required on long weekends.

Payment
- Payment can be made by email transfer or cheque. Please make cheque payable to Stephanie Kabatoff (Online self processing of cc accepted on request, but are subject to 3% service charge
- $300 deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
- 50% of Rental Due within 30 days, prior to date of stay.
- Balance of Rental is due within 14 days of date of stay.
- An additional fee of $75 will be charged for housekeeping after each stay of 7 days or less.

Cancellation
- Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a one night rental charge. (daily rate $300/night)
- Reservations cancelled less than 14 days of arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% of your total rental rates.
- Reservations cancelled less than 7 days of arrival will be subject to a "no refund policy"
