Our policies: (Check for Availability)
- Check in time is after 4:00pm. Check out time is 10:30 am
- No smoking or pets allowed in the unit.
- Please fill and run the dishwasher prior to leaving the unit even if it is not full.
- You must be over 25 to rent our condo condo.
- Please wash and if time dry a load of towels before leaving the unit. The cleaners do the laundry while cleaning the condo and may not have enough time to wash all bedding and towels. Your help is appreciated.
- Please tidy up any bottles and garbage before leaving.

Booking Policy
- 3-5 night minimum stay required based on availability.
- 7 night minimum stay required on long weekends.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation request for any reason.

Payment
- Payment can be made by email transfer or cheque. Please make cheque payable to Stephanie Kabatoff
- $300 deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
- 100% of Rental Due within 21 days, prior to date of stay.
- An additional fee of $75 will be charged for housekeeping after each stay of 7 days or less.

Our boat slip can be reserved with your accommodations and is based on availability. Park your boat in our exclusive Lagoon right at the resort. Exit the building and hop in your boat!

As our slip is rented on first come reservations, here are some alternative boat storage locations.
Malibu Marina is just a few blocks away and offers storage and valet service. Visit Boat Service
or Auqu Marine is a 15 minute drive to the Mission are of Kelowna.
