Guest with confirmed reservations must complete a Guest Responsibility Form (must be completed 14 days prior to arrival) 

Guest Responsibility forms are required by the Strata Manager.  Please select either a pdf or a word perfect form to print and mail back to us at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
